Snap to Calendar, in facts

What it does
Snap to Calendar is an iPhone app from Acorn Labs LLC. You photograph or choose a screenshot of a schedule, flyer, invite, or appointment card. The app proposes a list of Apple Calendar events. You check the whole set, edit anything, and save only the events you approve.
- Platform: iPhone, iOS 16.4 or later. It saves to Apple Calendar. It is not on Android.
- No account and no sign-up.
- Selected images are resized and re-encoded on the device, then sent over HTTPS for AI processing. Acorn Labs does not deliberately store them in its application database or file storage. Processing providers may retain inputs under their commercial terms. See Privacy.
- Review first: every candidate event is shown before anything is saved, and the app offers a one-tap Undo for the set it added. AI can miss details, so check each event.
- Designed for clear dated material: work invites, team and sports schedules, school flyers, appointment cards, invitations, text-message screenshots, confirmations, and legible handwritten notes. A printed multi-row schedule can become one review list.
- Texts and emails: take a screenshot of a text message or an email that invites you to something, or a photo of it on a screen, and choose it from Photos in the app. Snap proposes an event for you to review before anything is saved.
- Price: the first 3 successful scans are free, with no deadline. Snap to Calendar Pro unlocks unlimited scans for $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year, in U.S. dollars. Prices may differ by region and over time. The price shown in the app at purchase governs.
